The National Authority of Public Services (ASEP) is an autonomous body, which is responsible for overseeing, regulating and controlling the provision of public services for the supply of drinking water, sanitary sewerage, electricity, telecommunications, radio and television, as well as the Natural Gas transmission to meet the needs of customers and users of these services. For the third consecutive year, ASEP will be present at InterLumi Panama, as well as participating in the Efficient Lighting Forum - Central America 2018.

Studied at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, at the Technological University of Panama, obtaining the Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering in 2015.Holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management and a Diploma in Senior Management from the Universidad Latina de Panamá.
Has participated in trainings and courses in SMART GRID and Metrology; has also attended forums, conferences and symposiums of the electricity market in Panama.
Worked for three years at ENSA in different areas such as: energy recovery, commercial technical service and in the Metrology Laboratory in the SMEC section. She has also participated in projects of substations, large customers, remote measurements and detection of fraud.
Currently works as Technical Standards Engineer of the National Directorate of Electricity, Drinking Water and Sanitary Sewerage of the National Authority of Public Services - ASEP.
